Volunteer

Without our loyal and dedicated volunteers our Group would be unable to fulfil its potential. The opportunities to contribute to the ongoing success of the Group and its achievements are unlimited.

Volunteers lead horses, support riders during lessons, groom and prepare horses for classes and help to look after them when they are not in the school. Others become involved in other activities including fund raising and equipment maintenance.

People volunteer for lots of different reasons and many of our volunteers go through life changing experiences themselves. Many volunteers develop new skills and confidence through their work with us and go on to enjoy a quality of life which was previously not possible.

Some of our volunteers require support to allow them to fulfil their volunteering and we aim to ensure that everyone who wants to volunteer can be involved in some way.

Over the years our volunteers have reported the following benefits:

> Positive impact on your community
> Learn and develop a new skill and improve confidence
> Meet a diverse range of people
> Boost your employability
> Be outside in the fresh air
> Have fun!
